SKILLS & TALENT: BUILD THE MOST DIVERSE TECH WORKFORCE BY ALIGNING WHAT EMPLOYERS NEED WITH WHAT EDUCATORS TEACH, SO ALL RESIDENTS IN THE REGION CAN SEE CLEAR PATHWAYS TO CAREERS. THROUGH STRATEGIC COLLABORATIONS WITH INDUSTRY, EDUCATION AND PUBLIC SECTOR LEADERS, THE PARTNERSHIP CREATES CROSS-JURISDICTIONAL TECH TALENT PATHWAYS, PROVIDING ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNERS WHILE FULFILLING THE WORKFORCE DEMANDS OF EMPLOYERS IN THE REGION.


POLICY: CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH TO POLICYMAKERS AND OTHER EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO PROMOTE POLICY SOLUTIONS RELATED TO THE PARTNERSHIP'S BODIES OF WORK, RELYING ON DATA-DRIVEN, NONPARTISAN ANALYSES ALLOWING FOR A FULL AND FAIR ASSESSMENT OF RELEVANT FACTS ABOUT RELATED LEGISLATION.
