ENDEAVOR MIAMI INC'S MISSION IS TO LEAD THE MOVEMENT TO CATALYZE LONG-TERM ECONOMIC GROWTH BY SELECTING, MENTORING, AND ACCELERATING THE BEST HIGH IMPACT ENTREPRENEURS IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA REGION. HIGH-IMPACT ENTREPRENEURS ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO SHOW TREMENDOUS ENTREPRENEURIAL AND LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL, CAN BUILD HIGH-GROWTH BUSINESSES WITH SIGNIFICANT JOB-CREATING OPPORTUNITIES AND EXHIBIT COMMITMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY, WHICH BECOMES A KEY-DRIVER OF ECONOMIC GROWTH. DURING 2021, ENDEAVOR MIAMI REVIEWED CLOSE TO 350 CANDIDATESENTREPRENEURS, COORDINATED MENTORS TO CONDUCT SECOND OPINION REVIEWS WITH 15 COMPANIES, PREPARED 5 COMPANIES WHICH PRESENTED AT LOCAL SELECTION PANELS, AND SUPPORTED 5 COMPANY TO PRESENT AT INTERNATIONAL SELECTION PANELS. THIS RESULTED IN 3 COMPANIES BEING SELECTED AS ENDEAVOR ENTREPRENEURS IN 2021.ENDEAVOR MIAMI SUPPORTED 20 ACTIVE COMPANIES, LED BY 37 ENDEAVOR ENTREPRENEURS. THESE ENTREPRENEURS GENERATED CLOSE TO $340 MILLION DOLLARS IN REVENUE, AND OVER 3,000 JOBS DURING 2021.ALSO, THROUGH OUR ACCELERATOR PROGRAMS, ENDEAVOR LAB AND SCALEUP, WE SUPPORTED 46 COMPANIES IN 2021.
