Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
STS WORKED TO MAINTAIN COVID SAFETY BEST PRACTICES AND THEREFORE CONTINUED MAINLY WITH ONLINE PROGRAMMING. WE WERE ABLE TO HOST ONE PROGRAM IN-PERSON DURING A BRIEF PANDEMIC RESPITE IN MAY, WHICH IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH. "CONCERT AND CONVERSATION" BROUGHT A COMMUNITY OF 75 PEOPLE TOGETHER TO ENJOY MUSIC BY LOCAL MUSICIANS WHO SHARED ABOUT THEIR MENTAL HEALTH JOURNEYS AND HOW THEY'VE SHAPED THEIR ARTISTIC EXPRESSION. WE ALSO STREAMED IT TO OUR GREATER ONLINE COMMUNITY. THERE WAS A SUGGESTED DONATION FOR ATTENDING IN-PERSON. VIRTUALLY, WE HOSTED A PROGRAM ON "MENTAL HEALTH AND CANCEL CULTURE" FEATURING A CONVERSATION BETWEEN A HIGH PROFILE YOUNG WOMAN ENTREPRENEUR WHO HAD BEEN "CANCELLED" FROM THE ORGANIZATION SHE HAD FOUNDED AND A PSYCHIATRIST WHO FACILITATED THE INTERVIEW. WE ALSO STREAMED THIS TO OUR GLOBAL COMMUNITY ONLINE. WE CONTINUED A WEEKLY "UN-MEETUP" PROGRAM, HOSTING A SAFE SPACE ON ZOOM FOR OUR COMMUNITY TO GATHER AND BE THEMSELVES. THESE PROGRAMS HAD LOW SET-UP COSTS AND WERE OFFERED TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR FREE, KNOWING THAT EVERYONE WAS EXPERIENCING THE EFFECTS OF THE PANDEMIC.
