THE PROGRAM WILL FOSTER SKILLED TEENAGERS AND AN ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO LEARN AND SHARE IDEAS WITH OTHERS THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR OWN SKILLS AND TALENTS TO HELP THEM SERVE THE PUBLIC.
