THE CORPORATION LEASES A GARAGE AND USE OF ITS PREMISES PRIMARILY TO THE BRIGHAM AND WOMEN'S HOSPITAL, INC., A MASSACHUSETTS CHARITABLE CORPORATION, WITH A SMALL PORTION LEASED TO THE HOUSING PARTNERSHIP.
