THESE SYSTEMS ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY TO SERVE THOSE WHO HAVE LITTLE TO NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW THE UNDERLYING TECHNOLOGY WORKS, AND WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR THE NECESSARY SERVICES OR EXPERTISE.
