THE IBRI FACILITATES THE GROWTH OF THE BIOMEDICAL COMMUNITY BY ATTRACTING TALENT AND INDUSTRY TO THE STATE AND AIDES IN THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF TECHNOLOGIES TO FOSTER FURTHER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
