ACC'S WEBSITE WAS REDESIGNED IN 2021. THE SITE NOW HIGHLIGHTS BOTH ACC'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (E.G., ANNUAL AUDIT REPORTS) AND IMPACT (SMALL BUSINESS PROFILES, PRESS RELEASES, IMPACT STUDIES). ACC ALSO INCREASED ITS SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE ONLINE VIA TWITTER, LINKEDIN AND INSTAGRAM. ACC HAS RECEIVED NUMEROUS COMPLIMENTS FROM STAKEHOLDERS ABOUT THE REDESIGN.
ACC CONTRACTED WITH TWO GRANT WRITERS AND A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO) IN 2021. THE APPLICATIONS WRITTEN BY THE GRANT WRITERS GENERATED ABOUT $3 MILLION IN GRANTS. THROUGH HIS OUTREACH THE BDO SIGNED ON 6 NEW MEMBERS AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN INCREASING ACC'S LOANS TO EXISTING AND NEW MEMBERS BY $6.4 MILLION.
