PROVIDED SYRINGE EXCHANGE SERVICES TO 1,494 PARTICIPANTS, AND TRAINED AND PROVIDED NALOXONE (NARCAN) TO MORE THAN 3,457 PEOPLE, RESULTING IN 242 OVERDOSE REVERSALS REPORTED.
