IT LOOKS FOR ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN WHICH THERE IS A NEED IN THE STARTUP COMMUNITY AND SEEKS TO PLUG THOSE HOLES THROUGH ITS VARIOUS PARTNERSHIPS OR ITS OWN DIRECT EFFORTS.
