THE DESIRE OF THE SPIRITUAL FORMATION SOCIETY OF ARIZONA IS TO FOSTER (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) (CONTINUED FROM 990 PAGE 1) THE SPIRITUAL FORMATION MOVEMENT IN ARIZONA (AND BEYOND) AND CREATE SAFE ENVIRONMENTS WHERE LEARNERS AND LEADERS CAN EXPERIENCE AND GROW IN THE LOVE OF THE TRINITY. THROUGH NETWORKING AND CO-LABORING, WE BRING SPIRITUAL FORMATION RESOURCES TO ARIZONA AND HIGHLIGHT WHAT GOD IS UP TO IN OUR LOCAL AREA.

THE SPIRITUAL FORMATION SOCIETY OF ARIZONA HOLDS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE WHICH HELPS THE ORGANIZATION CONNECT WITH LEADERS AND CHALLENGE THEM IN THEIR OWN SPIRITUAL FORMATION. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO HOLDS RETREATS DURING THE YEAR THAT PROVIDE SPACE FOR LEADERS TO GROW IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD THROUGH BEING CHALLENGED IN PRAYER AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE TIMES OF SILENCE AND SOLITUDE. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT FOR SPIRITUAL DIRECTORS, PASTORS, COUNSELORS, AND INDIVIDUALS.
