IRSAL PROJECT, LEBANON SAEA PROVIDED FUNDING THE RENTING OF A REAL ESTATE SPACE IN THE TOWN OR IRSAL, LEBANON FOR THREE YEARS. THE SPACE WILL BE SET UP IN ORDER TO BUILD 15 NEW TENTS TO 15 SYRIAN FAMILIES DISPLACED BY THE WAR IN SYRIA. A TOTAL OF AT LEAST 100 PEOPLE WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS TENT PROJECT (AN AVERAGE OF $100.00 PER PERSON).
REPAIR SCHOOL WATER TANK, DOUMA, SYRIA SAEA BOUGHT TWO WATER TANKS AT A COST OF $6,900.00 AND REPAIRED A DAMAGED ONE AT A COST OF $2,990.00 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CLEAN DRINKING WATER FOR STUDENTS AT A LOCAL SCHOOL. THEY WERE OVER 1800 STUDENTS BENEFITED FROM THE PROJECT. (AN AVERAGE OF $5.50 PER STUDENT)
WATER TREATMENT PLANT, GHOUTA, SYRIA SAEA BOUGHT NEW TESTING EQUIPMENT TO MEASURE WATER PURITY AND REPAIR DAMAGED WATER PLANTS. THE IMPACT ON THE ENTIRE AREA WAS HUGE WHEREAS OVER 450,000 BENEFITED FROM SUCH A PROJECT AT A COST OF ONLY 0.60 CENTS PER PERSON.
