IN SUPPORTING AND BENEFITTING THE SOUTH BROWARD HOSPITAL DISTRICT AND ITS RESIDENTS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE HEALTH CARE MISSION OF THE DISTRICT, ENHANCING THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES AND BEING RESPONSIVE TO THE HEALTH NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE DISTRICT. ACQUIRED AND HOLDING A 51% CONTROLLING GENERAL PARTNER INTEREST IN AMBULATORY SURGICAL FACILITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA LLLLP, DBA MEMORIAL SAME DAY SURGERY CENTER (ASFSF).
