UGANDA GLOBAL GRANT - TRAINING AND PROVISIONING 1,900 VOLUNTEER HEALTH TRAINERS (VHTS) IN THE SOROTI AND KATAKWI DISTRICTS OF UGANDA WHO WILL TEST, TREAT AND TRACK MALARIA AT THE HOUSEHOLD LEVEL.


ADVOCACY OUTREACH: DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN TRAVEL, CONFERENCES, MANAGEMENT, AND BANKING FEES RELATED TO PROVIDING PROGRAM SERVICES.


GRANT MADE TO MALARIA PARTNERS ZAMBIA, A SEPARATE, STAND-ALONE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED IN ZAMBIA. USE OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENGAGING LOCAL ROTARY CLUBS THROUGHOUT ZAMBIA TO WORK WITH THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE NGOS FOR THE SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN SERIOUS ILLNESSES AND DEATHS DUE TO MALARIA AND OTHER RESPIRATORY ILLNESSES.


SMALL GRANT PROGRAM - MALARIA PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL FORMALIZED ITS SMALL GRANT PROGRAM IN EARLY 2020. THROUGH ROTARY CLUBS IN MALARIA-ENDEMIC REGIONS, THIS PROGRAM PROMOTES COMMUNITY INITIATED AND LED EFFORTS THAT SUIT THEIR REGION AND POPULATION. IN 2023, THE PROGRAM LAUNCHED 10 NEW PROJECTS.
