CONNECTION OF NEW HOMESITES TO SYSTEM AND ACTIVATION OF NEW MEMBER SERVICE. REVENUE COMES FROM INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER COMMITMENT FEES, CURBSTOP, ACTIVATION, AND INSTALLATION FEES.
