SOLIDARITY ACTIVITIES AT A NUMBER OF CHURCHES AND SYNAGOGUES WITH CHRISTIANS AND JEWS TOGETHER LEARNING ABOUT SHOWING SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL, ARRANGING FOR VISITING ISRAELI OFFICIALS TO SPEAK AT ENGLISH AND SPANISH CHURCH SERVICES AND PUBLIC EVENTS ON BEHALF OF ISRAEL, ARRANGING LUNCHEON FOR CHRISTIAN AND JEWISH LEADERS WITH KEY SPEAKERS FROM THE TWO COMMUNITIES, KEEPING BOARD MEMBERS INFORMED ABOUT DEVELOPMENTS IN ISRAEL, AND PLANNING AND INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF ISRAEL STUDY PROGRAM FOR CHRISTIAN PASTORS. WE BRING EVANGELICAL PASTORS TO ISRAEL EVERY YEAR, TO HELP INFORM AND ACTIVATE THEM AS DYNAMIC VOICES TO THEIR CONGREGATIONS AND MINISTRY NETWORKS OF STRONG SUPPORT FOR INTERFAITH DIALOGUE AND COOPERATION BETWEEN JEWISH AND CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES. THIS PROGRAM, WHICH HAS ALREADY ESTABLISHED A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF RESULTS, WILL BE AMPLIFIED THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP WITH SEVERAL OTHER SIGNIFICANT GLOBAL MINISTRY NETWORKS INCLUDING ENGAGEMENT WITH BOTH LATINO/HISPANIC AND BRAZILIAN PASTORS AND LEADERS.
