Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
DURING 2021, WE FOCUSED OUR ATTENTION TO INCREASING OUR VETERAN OUTREACH AND INCREASING THE NUMBER OF VETERANS WE SERVE. RANCHIN' VETS SUCCESSFULLY DOUBLED THE NUMBER OF VETERANS REGISTERED IN OUR PROGRAM, (INCLUDING FOR THE FIRST TIME, FEMALE VETERANS), ACROSS 27 STATES, REPRESENTING EVERY BRANCH OF THE MILITARY. THIS REPRESENTS A 40%INCREASE OVER 2020. ONCE A VETERAN COMPLETES OUR AUTOMATED REGISTRATION PROCESS, THEY ARE PROVIDED A PERSONAL LOGIN TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY. OUR VETERAN COMMUNITY PROVIDES THE VETERANS IN OUR PROGRAM WITH WEEKLY UPDATES AND OPPORTUNITIES FROM OUR GROWING LIST OF AGRICULTURAL PARTNERS INCLUDING A COMPREHENSIVE LIBRARY OF VETERAN RESOURCES OFFERED ON A REGIONAL BASIS. THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY HAS PROVIDED FLEXIBILITY TO VETERANS SEEKING TO EXPAND THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING. OF THE VETERANS IN OUR PROGRAM 43 HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL EDUCATION, 14 HAVE THEIR ASSOCIATES DEGREE, AND 14 HOLD A BACHELOR'S DEGREE. THE GI BILL IS AN IMMEASURABLE BENEFIT THAT WE ENCOURAGE OUR VETERANS TO UTILIZE, BE IT FOR COMPLETING AN UNDERGRADUATE OR GRADUATE DEGREE. AN INCREASING TREND WE RECORDED IN 2020 HAS CONTINUED THROUGHOUT 2021, WITH 88% OF THE VETERANS PARTICIPATING IN OUR PROGRAM ARE SEEKING A FULL-TIME CAREER IN AGRICULTURE. AS RANCHIN' VETS REMAINS COMMITTED TO 'SERVING THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED US', WE HAVE SPENT CONSIDERABL TIME IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR STRATEGIC PLAN FOR 2022 TO PARTNER WITH AG RESOURCES TO HELP VETERANS FIND PERMANENT CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. VITAL TO THE SUPPORT WE PROVIDE THE VETERANS IN OUR PROGRAM, IS OUR UNIQUE DIRECT WEEKLY COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OF THEM. WE POSTED OVER 150 VETERANS MESSAGES THROUGH OUR PROPRIETARY VETERAN COMMUNITY. THE ABILITY FOR THE VETERANS WHO SERVE ON OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO COMMUNICATE ON A REGULAR BASIS WITH THE VETERANS REGISTERED IN OUR PROGRAM CONTRIBUTED GREATLY TO THE POSITIVE OUTCOMES WE HAVE WITNESSED IN 2021. RANCHIN' VETS IS ON TARGET TO SERVE OVER 230 VETERANS IN 2022, BUILDING ON OUR UNPRECEDENTED GROWTH OF 2021. OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AUXILIARY BOARD CONTINUE TO BE DEVOTED FINANCIALLY SUPPORTIVE CHAMPIONS OF OUR PROGRAM. REBOUNDING FROM A CHALLENGING FUNDRAISING YEAR IN 2020, WE ARE PLEASED TO REPORT THAT RANCHIN' VETS ATTAINED 84% OF OUR 2021 REVENUE GOALS. WE CONTINUED TO KEEP OUR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES TO A MINIMUM WITH VIRTUALLY NO INCREASE TO THOSE COSTS IN OVER THREE YEARS. OUR DONORS AND GRANTS FUND OUR PROGRAM EXPENSES, AND WE ARE IN THE FINANCIAL POSITION TO MEET THE GOALS OF OUR MISSION.
