HIE MEMBERS INCLUDE THREE PROVIDENCE ST JOSEPH HEALTH HOSPITALS, TWO NORTHBAY HEALTHCARE HOSPITALS, AND TWO ADVENTIST HOSPITALS, INCLUDING THEIR ASSOCIATED PHYSICIANS. MEMBERS ALSO INCLUDE SEVEN REDWOOD COMMUNITY HEALTH COALITION COMMUNITY CLINIC SYSTEMS AND PARTNERSHIP HEALTHPLAN OF CALIFORNIA, A MEDI-CAL PROVIDER IN 14 CALIFORNIA COUNTIES. AS OF JULY 31, 2017, WE DETERMINED THAT OUR HIE SERVICES PROVIDER, INLAND EMPIRE HIE, THAT HAD MERGED WITH CAL INDEX TO FORM MANIFEST MEDEX, HAD A MISSION INCOMPATIBLE WITH OURS SO WE TERMINATED THE AGREEMENT. WE SOUGHT ANOTHER HIE SERVICES PROVIDER AND IN DUE COURSE AND WITH DUE DILIGENCE, SELECTED SACVALLEY MEDSHARE. BECAUSE BOTH CONNECTHEALTHCARE AND SACVALLEY MEDSHARE HAD INFRASTRUCTURE, WE DETERMINED TO COMBINE THE TWO. SACVALLEY MEDSHARE IS THE SURVIVING NONPROFIT AND THE BALANCE OF CONNECTHEALTHCARE FUNDS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO SACVALLEY MEDSHARE, $59,962.
