THE PEKIN COMMUNITY SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION'S (PCSA) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG WOMEN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO DEVELOP FASTPITCH SOFTBALL SKILLS, CHARACTER, AND CITIZENSHIP. PCSA WILL INSTILL ATTRIBUTES OF A GOOD WORK ETHIC, ATTITUDE, AND TEAM WORK TO BUILD STRONG AND CONFIDENT YOUNG WOMEN THROUGH THE GAME OF FASTPITCH SOFTBALL.
