THE KINDRED BALL TEAMS IS FORMED TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF FASTPITCH SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL IN KINDRED, NORTH DAKOTA. THIS INCLUDES THE BUILDING, UPGRADING AND MAINTENANCE OF SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL FIELDS DESIGNATED FOR FASTPITCH SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL. THE CORPORATION WILL ALSO SUPPORT THE SPRING FASTPITCH PROGRAMS AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM THAT AREN'T SANCTIONED BY KINDRED HIGH SCHOOL. THE CORPORATION WILL SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF SUMMER PROGRAMS IN FASTPITCH SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT, REGISTRATION FEES, AND ANY OTHER FEES AND COSTS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO CARRY ON SUCH PROGRAMS.
