EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021, THE DIRECTORS AGREED TO DISSOLVE THE CORPORATION AND PROMPTLY LIQUIDATE AND WIND UP THE AFFAIRS OF THE ORGANIZATION. ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION WERE FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF ALABAMA AND BUSINESS OF THE ORGANIZATOIN WERE TERMINATED.
