ARISE SATURDAY NIGHT: A PARISH BASED EVENT MEANT FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS. WITH RADICAL TRUST IN GOD AND HUMBLE OPENNESS TO THE HOLY SPIRIT, WE LEAD PEOPLE TO ENCOUNTER CHRIST THROUGH ENGAGING WORSHIP EXPERIENCES AND THE SACRAMENTAL LIFE OF THE CHURCH. THE NIGHTS CONSIST OF DYNAMIC AND ENGAGING SPEAKERS AND MUSIC WITH EUCHARISTIC ADORATION AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO GO TO CONFESSION. WE STRIVE TO PASSIONATELY AND PROFESSIONALLY OFFER AUTHENTICALLY CATHOLIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR AN ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS CHRIST.
THE WISCONSIN CATHOLIC YOUTH RALLY IS A TWO DAY EVENT (ONE DAY FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTENDING CATHOLIC SCHOOLS AND ONE DAY FOR ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS). DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, ARISE MKE HAD TO LIMIT IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE, AND OFFER A VIRTUAL LIVE STREAMING OPTION. THERE WERE 355 IN-PERSON ATTENDEES AND 590 VIRTUAL ATTENDEES FOR THE TWO DAY EVENT. THE RALLY AIMS TO INSPIRE AND ENCOURAGE STUDENTS IN THEIR FAITH BY PARTICIPATING IN LIVELY WORSHIP, LISTENING TO DYNAMIC SPEAKERS, ATTENDING MASS, ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT, AND PRAYER. WE STRIVE TO PASSIONATELY AND PROFESSIONALLY OFFER AUTHENTICALLY CATHOLIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR AN ENCOUNTER WITH JESUS CHRIST.THE SPARK LEADERSHIP FORMATION TEAM: THIS GROUP OF 6 TEENS MET EACH MONTH TO PRAY TOGETHER, BE ENCOURAGED IN THEIR EVANGELIZATION EFFORTS AND TO LEARN NEW SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES. SESSIONS VARIED BUT WERE FOCUSED ON DIFFERENT FORMS AND PRACTICES OF PRAYER, BEST PRACTICES TO START AND TO LEAD A SMALL GROUP BIBLE STUDY, AND HOW TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH PEERS ABOUT THE CATHOLIC FAITH. THIS GROUP OF TEENS ALSO SERVED AT THE WISCONSIN CATHOLIC YOUTH RALLY (WCYR) BY GIVING WITNESS TALKS.
