PROVIDE AFFORDABLE, DECENT AND SAFE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED.

THERE ARE TWENTY APARTMENT UNITS. TWELVE UNITS WERE SUBSIDIZED. TENANTS IN THE SUBSIDIZED UNITS WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR A PORTION OF THE RENT, AS DETERMINED BY GRAHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY. EIGHT UNITS WERE PRIVATELY PAID. ALL RESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO AN ONSITE LAUNDRY FACILITY. TWO NEARBY HOMES ARE PRIVATELY RENTED AND ONE NEARBY HOME WAS SUBSIDIZED. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO RENOVATED ONE OF THEIR HOMES AND CONSTRUCTED A NEW HOME AND SOLD THEM TO HELP PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES.
