NINE UNITS WERE PRIVATELY PAID. ALL RESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS TO AN ONSITE LAUNDRY FACILITY. TWO NEARBY HOMES ARE PRIVATELY RENTED AND ONE NEARBY HOME WAS SUBSIDIZED.
