WITH THE GOAL OF CREATING NEW JOBS IMPROVING THE LOCAL ECONOMIC BASE. LAND HAS BEEN ACQIRED FOR FUTURE PROSPECTS BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED TO LEASE TO COMMERCIAL TENANTS.
