CSD CONTACT CENTERS (CCC) - RELAY SERVICES: WE ENABLE THOSE WHO ARE DEAF, DEAFBLIND, OR HARD OF HEARING TO HAVE ACCESS TELECOMMUNICATION RELAY SERVICES BY PROVIDING AN OPERATOR SERVICE THAT ALLOWS TEXT TELEPHONE (TTY) OR OTHER ASSISTIVE DEVICE USERS TO COMMUNICATE WITH STANDARD VOICE TELEPHONE USERS THROUGH OUR SPECIALLY TRAINED RELAY OPERATORS OR CAPTIONERS. EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTION SERVICES: WE DISTRIBUTE TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS CERTIFIED AS HAVING DIFFICULTY USING THE TELEPHONE.
CSD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IS A RESOURCE THAT OFFERS A MULTI-FOLD APPROACH TO PROJECT-BASED AND LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESSES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INSTITUTIONS - ONE APPROACH STRUCTURED TO SUPPORT DEAF FREELANCERS AND DEAF-LED BUSINESSES, AND THE OTHER STRUCTURED TO SUPPORT CORPORATE AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES. THERE ARE TWO OBJECTIVES: ADDRESSING WORKPLACE EMPLOYMENT, ACCESSIBILITY, INCLUSION, AND ACCOMMODATION NEEDS; AND MAKING THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MORE ACCESSIBLE AND USABLE FOR DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING PEOPLE, ENSURING MORE PEOPLE USE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. THERE ARE A VARIETY OF FIELDS: FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS, AND E-LEARNING (AKA CSD LEARNS). THE NEW DIVISION OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED ON APRIL 28, 2021, AND CONTINUES TO GROW AND DEVELOP TODAY.
CSD SOCIAL VENTURE FUND: CSD SVF IS A BUSINESS INCUBATOR AND VENTUR CAPITAL FUND FOCUSED ON DEAF-LED AND -OWNED BUSINESSES. THE CSD SVF IS ON A MISSION TO INVEST IN AND MENTOR THESE BUSINESSES AND, AS A RESULT, ENSURE EVEN MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEAF PEOPLE EVERYWHERE.
