TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH VISITOR INDUSTRY BUSINESSES, ASSOCIATIONS, COMMUNITIES, INDIVIDUALS AND SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM TO MARKET, PROMOTE AND REPRESENT THE TOURISM INDUSTRY IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.

WE SERVE APPROXIMATELY 175 MEMBERS. WE DISTRIBUTE APPROXIMATELY 30,000 MISSOURI RIVER GUIDES ALONG WITH VARIOUS OTHER LITERATURE PROMOTING HUNTING, FISHING AND TOURISM IN CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA ALONG THE MISSOURI RIVER. WE DO COOPERATIVE ADVERTISING WITH SEVERAL PARTNERS, INCLUDING SOME OF OUR MEMBERS AND THE SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM. WE PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR A STATE GRANT TO STAFF THE 22 INFORMATION CENTERS ALONG I29 AND I90 DURING THE TOURISM SEASON.
