EUREKA COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES OPERATES A 4 BED ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL, A 10 UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY AND A CLINIC ALL LOCATED IN EUREKA SOUTH DAKOTA. IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2023 THE RURAL HEALTH CLINIC HAD TOTAL PATIENT VISITS OF 3,701. THE 4 BED HOSPITAL HAD 167 ACUTE CARE DAYS, 121 SWING BED DAYS, AND 3,464 ASSISTED LIVING DAYS. IN FISCAL YEAR 2023 WE CONTINUE TO OFFER E CONSULT/TELEMEDICINE TO PATIENTS SO THEY WILL NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL SO FAR TO SEE A SPECIALIST.
