ENFOCUS IS A TALENT ATTRACTION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO "EMPOWER TALENT TO BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITIES." ENFOCUS ATTRACTS RECENT GRADUATES AS INNOVATION FELLOWS TO COMPLETE STRATEGIC BUSINESS, TECHNOLOGY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROJECTS ACROSS PUBLIC, PRIVATE, AND NONPROFIT SECTORS. THE ACTIVITIES OF ENFOCUS ARE ATTRACTIVE FOR GRADUATES TO LIVE, WORK AND PLAY IN THE REGIONS WE SERVE AND THE RESULTS OF THE WORK DRIVE AN ECOSYSTEM OF PROFESSIONALS WHO SERVE IN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AND CONTINUE TO MAKE PROGRESS FOR THE COMMUNITY. WE HAVE ATTRACTED OVER 1,200 FELLOWS AND INTERNS AND HAVE COMPLETED OVER 500 PROJECTS SINCE 2012."

ENFOCUS AIMS TO INCREASE THE OVERALL IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONS AFFECTING CIVIC AND INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DECREASE THE HIGH NEGATIVE NET MIGRATION RATES OF STEM GRADUATES IN THE REGION. IN THE PAST FISCAL YEAR, THE ENFOCUS CIVIC INNOVATION FELLOWSHIP RESULTED IN OVER 100 COMPLETED BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS FOR REGIONAL CITY, COUNTY, SCHOOL, NON-PROFIT AND HEALTHCARE ENTITIES. THE ENFOCUS TALENT ATTRACTION PROGRAM HIRED AND PLACED 38 FELLOWS ON CIVIC, INDUSTRIAL AND ENTREPRENEURIAL PROJECTS IN THE REGION. THE ENFOCUS INDUSTRY INNOVATION FELLOWSHIP COMPLETED OVER 15 INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS WORKING WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME'S INDUSTRY LABS PROGRAM FOR OVER 10 REGIONAL MANUFACTURING SPONSORS.
NCLOUD ACTIVITIES RELATE TO ESTABLISHING, BUILDING, AND MANAGING A SHARED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PLATFORM FOR NONPROFITS IN THE REGION. BUILDING THIS PLATFORM HAS CREATED A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE COMPUTING INITIATIVE THAT IS REFERRED TO AS "NCLOUD". NCLOUD HAS BEEN ABLE TO ASSIST OVER 45 REGIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN LOWERING THEIR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COSTS.
