NASHVILLE SOFTWARE SCHOOL'S MISSION IS TO EXPAND THE TECHNOLOGY WORKFORCE IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE BY PROVIDING MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WITH ACCESS TO A CAREER IN TECHNOLOGY THROUGH TRAINING, MENTORSHIP, AND LEARNING BY DOING.

THE SCHOOL OFFERS WEB SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, FRONT-END WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT, DATA ANALYTICS, AND DATA SCIENCE BOOTCAMPS TO STUDENTS WITH A FOCUS ON GROUPS UNDERREPRESENTED IN THE TECH COMMUNITY. BOOTCAMPS ARE DESIGNED TO TRAIN STUDENTS TO BECOME JUNIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS, WEB DESIGN DEVELOPERS, DATA ANALYSTS, AND DATA SCIENTISTS TO WORK IN THE NASHVILLE TECH COMMUNITY. THE SCHOOL ALSO OFFERS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR IT PROFESSIONALS. THE SCHOOL HELD 16 FULL-TIME AND 10 PART-TIME PROGRAMS IN 2021, WITH 348 BOOTCAMP GRADUATES.
