TO PROVIDE CARE OF PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AWAY FROM THEIR HOMES IN A MANNER THAT PROVIDES A SAFE, NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CHILDREN AND ADVANCES THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH MISSION OF THE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF BURLINGTON, NC. IT IS A FIVE STAR LICENSED CENTER WHICH ATTEMPTS TO MEET THE WIDE-RANGE OF SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL AND INTELLECTUAL NEEDS OF EACH CHILD WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A PROTECTIVE ENVIRONMENT. OUR PRIME PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE A WARM, ACCEPTING CLIMATE IN WHICH AN EDUCATIONAL THREAD LINKS ALL OF THE PROGRAM COMPONENTS.
