WE SPECIALIZE IN PROVIDING PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND SPIRITUAL HOLISTIC SUPPORT TO PATIENTS WITH END STAGE ILLNESSES. ANCHORED IN LOVE AND PROFESSIONALISM, WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE CULTURALLY AND LINGUISTICALLY COMPETENT CARE, HELPING THE PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES GO THROUGH THEIR FINAL JOURNEY OF LIFE IN PEACE AND SERENITY. WE SERVE THE UNDERSERVED ASIAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY IN MOST OF THE SILICON VALLEY OF THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.

IN THIS PAST YEAR, EVEN WITH THE FORMIDABLE CHALLENGES, AS A NON-PROFIT, WE STILL WORKED VERY HARD TO KEEP OUR MISSION TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY IN WHATEVER WAY WE COULD. WE HELD 36 FREE ONLINE COVID-RELATED / END-OF-LIFE CARE EDUCATION WEBINARS TO SUPPORT ASIAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY. WE HAVE ALSO CREATED A COVID-19 EMOTIONAL SUPPORT HOT-LINE TO COMFORT PEOPLE WHO ARE IMMENSELY IMPACTED BY THE PANDEMIC AND EXPERIENCED GRIEF & LOSS. WE HAVE CONTINUED HOLDING ONLINE SUPPORT GROUPS TO HELP CANCER PATIENTS AND SUPPORT FAMILIES & CAREGIVERS BY TELEPHONE. ALL THESE FREE-OF-CHARGE SERVICES HAVE BENEFITED 3452 ATTENDEES. STAFF USED ZOOM MEETINGS TO CONDUCT WEBINARS, VOLUNTEER TRAINING, AND CANCER SUPPORT GROUP STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS USED THE PHONE TO CONDUCT COUNSELING AND HOT-LINESSIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS OR PROGRAM SERVICES CONDUCTED DURING 2021: HOST VARIOUS COMMUNITY WEBINARS WITH A TOTAL NUMBER OF 36 EVENTS AND 3452 ATTENDANCE HOST 16 WEEKS LONG THE 7TH ANNIVERSARY SEVERE ILLNESS SUPPORT & END OF LIFE CARE HOSPICE VOLUNTEERS TRAINING WITH 37 TRAINEES WHO COMPLETED THE TRAINING CREATED NEW RAINBOW PARTNER VOLUNTEERS PROGRAM: THOSE VOLUNTEERS WORK AS AN AMBASSADOR FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S HOSPICE MISSION IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OR SOCIAL CIRCLE PROVIDED FREE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES:1.
