PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION : OVER COURSE OF 2019, HELPING HANDS COMMUNITY PARTNERS ACQUIRED AND REPURPOSED VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN STATE OF RHODE ISLAND. THESE INCLUDED VARIOUS SINGLE FAMILY HOMES THAT WERE COMPLETELY REHABBED AND SOLD TO MODERATE INCOME CITIZENS AT BELOW MARKET VALUE . THE PROPERTIES WERE ACQUIRED THROUGH OUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE NATIONAL COMMUNITY STABILIZATION TRUST AND DIRECTLY FROM VARIOUS BANKS AND OTHER ENTITIES.
MORTGAGE CONSULTATION, EDUCATION, AND BROKERAGE. PROVIDING EXTNESIVE HOME MORTGAGE TRAINING FOR BOTH CLIENTS AND LICENSED LOAN OFFICERS IN PRIVATE AND GROUPING SETTINGS. WHEN APPPROPRIATE ARRANGING FUNDING.
