TO PROMOTE THE VIRTUAL CARE PROCESS TO ANY AND ALL INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED IN THE HEALTH CARE DELIVERY PROCESS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PATIENTS, FAMILIES, MEDICAL SPECIALISTS PROVIDING EXPERTISE TO COMMUNITY HEALTH, REMOTE EXPERTS HELPING HOSPITAL OR HOME-BASED CLINICIANS ON CHALLENGING CASES, AND OTHER ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS THAT VIDEO CONFERENCE OR OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION TOOLS WOULD INCREASE THE QUALITY OF CARE IN GENERAL AND SPECIFICALLY TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED.
