RENOVATE AND FURNISH A FACILITY TO PROVIDE A HOME FOR YOUTH AFFECTED BY THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM TO EASE THE TRANSISTION TO INDEPENDENT ADULT LIVING.
GRANTS TO A NEWLY ESTABLISHED YOUTH HOUSE OPERATING GROUP PROVIDING TRANSISTIONAL HOUSING FOR YOUTH AGING OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM. THE FUNDS SUPPORT THE OPERATING COSTS TO KEEP THE HOME OPEN AND SUPPORT THE TRANSISTION PROGRAMS FOR THOSE YOUTH.
GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING A COATS FOR DISADVANTAGED YOUTH IN COORDINATION WITH SCHOOLS AND GENERAL SUPPORT FOR DISADAVANTAGED YOUTH AND FAMILIES FOR NEEDS NOT ADDRESSED BY OTHER COMMUNITY PROGRAMS.
