WITH A CASA VOLUNTEER, A CHILD IS HALF AS LIKELY TO LANGUISH IN THE FOSTER CARE AND CHILD WELFARE SYSTEM, AND MUCH MORE LIKELY TO FIND A SAFE, PERMANENT HOME.
