THE HOLIDY ADOPTION PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD INCLUDING A HOLIDAY MEAL, CLOTHING, HYGIENE AIDS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES, AND TOYS TO THE NEEDY FAMILIES OF THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY. WE JOIN SANTA CLAUS IN DELIVERING THE ITEMS TO SELECTED FAMILIES OVER SEVERAL DAYS PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS. FAMILIES ARE CHOSEN AFTER MEETING STRICT ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES. SINCE ITS INCEPTION, WE HAVE SUPPORTED OVER 1,200 FAMILIES AND BROUGHT HOLIDAY CHEER TO TENS OF THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN.
THE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY IS DESIGNED TO HELP HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS MEET AND PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGES OF ADULTHOOD WHILE ACHIEVING THEIR FULL POTENTIAL THROUGH A SERIES OF ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES. THE PROGRAM WORKS TO DEVELOP JURUPA VALLEY YOUTH SOCIALLY, ACADEMICALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND COGNITIVELY.
