THE COGNITIVE FUNCTION DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE WAS STARTED IN APRIL OF 2020 TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE COGNITIVE FUNCTION DEVELOPMENT THERAPY AS A MENTAL HEALTH THERAPEUTIC MODALITY. IN 2022 THE CFDI REVISED AND EXPANDED ITS WRITTEN TRAINING CURRICULUM; 21 INDIVIDUALS COMPLETED VARIOUS LEVELS OF TRAINING; SECURED AND FURTHER DEVELOPED THE CLOUD-BASED TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE TO SUPPORT THERAPISTS WORK IN THE FIELD WITH CLIENTS; BUILT UPOON RECEIVED RECOGNITION FROM POLARA HEALTH REGARDING CFDT AS A LEGITIMATE, STAND-ALONE THERAPEUTIC MODALITY TO DEVELOP PROCEDURES AND PRACTICES SUPPORTING INTEGRATIVE CARE; AND PROVIDED FOR AND SUPERVISED THE THERAPY OF 613 PUBLICALLY-SUPPORTED MENTAL HEALTH CLIENTS.
