A BUSINESS CONSULTANT COACH WORKING FOR THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COACHING TO PARS PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILITATION SUPPORT FOR AFGHANISTAN. PARSA IS A 501C3 PC OPERATING IN AFGHANISTAN. COACHING WAS PROVIDED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS STAFF AND CONTRACTORS. THE CONSULTANT PARTICIPATED IN MONTHLY DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE AND FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETINGS AS WELL AS HAVING WEEKLY CALLS WITH KEY BOARD MEMBERS. THIS WAS A VERY CHALLENGING YEAR FOR PARSA WITH THE TALIBAN RULING AFGHANISTAN. HOWEVER PARSA CONTINUED TO OPERATE AND PROVIDE NEEDED SERVICES.
