WE HAD SEVERAL DOGS IN OUR PROGRAM DURING FISCAL YEAR 2017 THAT WE HAD EXPENDITURES FOR. OF THOSE NONE WILL BE PLACED WITH DISABLED VETERANS, UPON COMPLETION OF TRAINING, 5 DOGS WASHED-OUT FOR VARIOUS REASONS.
