TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES FORUM TRAINING, MODERATOR TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR FORUM AND MODERATORS. THIS ENHANCES MEMBERS' SKILLS IN SHARING EXPERIENCES, IDEAS AND OTHER INFORMATION.IN ADDITION, THIS INCLUDES BOARD MEMBER ATTENDANCE AT THE EO GLOBAL LEADERS CONFERENCE ANNUALLY.
