OUR VISION IS THAT THE SEACOAST REGION WILL HAVE A VIBRANT, DIVERSE COMMUNITY OF SUCCESSFUL FARMS AND FOOD PRODUCERS AND EVER-EXPANDING ACCESS FOR CONSUMERS. IN DEDICATION TO THIS MISSION WE OPERATE FOUR PRIMARY PROGRAMS: THE SEACOAST HARVEST LOCAL FOOD GUIDE, FARMERS' MARKETS, SNAP/EBT ACCEPTANCE & INCENTIVES SERVICES, AND CONSUMER EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

MOBILE MARKET - OPERATION OF A MOBILE FARMERS' MARKET TO INCREASE FOOD ACCESS THROUGHOUT THE REGION AND DISTRIBUTE LOCAL FOOD TO FOOD-INSECURE COMMUNITIES.
SNAP - OPERATION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TO OFFER INCENTIVES TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. THE PROGRAM ENABLES SNAP RECIPIENTS TO DOUBLE THEIR SNAP DOLLARS TO PURCHASE FOR LOCAL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
WINTER FARMERS' MARKET - OPERATION OF A LARGE WINTER FARMERS' MARKET FROM NOVEMBER THROUGH APRIL. OUR MARKETS ARE A MAJOR PART OF THE LOCAL FOOD ECONOMY DURING A CHALLENGING TIME OF YEAR WITH OVER 45 VENDORS AND 2,000 CUSTOMERS PER MARKET.
