THE KAVOD PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE FOLLOWING: 1HEBREW IMMERSION - STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT LEARNING ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES AT A YOUNG AGE ENHANCES THE BRAIN'S APTITUDE FOR ACADEMICS AND CREATIVITY. . 2THE WORKSHOP MODEL TO PROVIDE INTERACTIVE LEARNING FOR THE STUDENTS. 3A VALUES CURRICULUM THAT HELPS STUDENTS TO BUILD GOOD CITIZENSHIP TRAITS. 4SERVICE LEARNING TO HELP STUDENTS UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR ROLE IN A COMMUINTY. 5GLOBAL AWARENESS - THROUGH OUR CULTURE AND HISTORY OF ISREAL AND ITS IMMIGRANT COMMUNITIES CURRICULUM STUDENTS ARE EXPOSED TO GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE EARLY IN THEIR STUDIES TO HELP STUDENTS UNDERSTAND HOW THEIR OWN COMMUNITY RELATES TO COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD.
