THE ANNUAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AWARDS WERE PRODUCED BY THE TALENT BOARD WITH THE GOAL OF IMPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE. THE AWARDS WERE BASED ON A SURVEY-BASED EVALUATION PROCESS THAT INCLUDED THREE ROUNDS. NUMEROUS CORPORATIONS APPLIED FOR THE AWARD AND CANDIDATE SURVEYS WERE COLLECTED IN THE PROCESS.
