EDUCATION & ADVOCACY:CHI HEALTH CARE IS IN PASSIONATE PURSUIT OF ITS MISSION TO TRANSFORM HEALTHCARE IN A NEW DIRECTION.PAST EXPERIENCE WITH OUR CLINICAL PILOT PROJECT HAS PROVIDED A WEALTH OF INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO IMPLEMENT ANDOPERATIONALIZE INNOVATIVE MODELS OF CARE. USING THIS INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE,CHI IS FOCUSED ON EDUCATING POLICY MAKERS AND HEALTHCARE INFLUENCERS ABOUT THE NEED FOR BROADER ACCESS TO INNOVATIVE MODELS OF CARE TOGETHER WITH THE PAYMENT REFORMS THAT ARE NECESSARY FOR THESE MODELS TO BE SUSTAINABLE.WE WANT TO ELIMINATE BARRIERS TO HEALTH CARE WHICH INCLUDES AND GOES BEYOND JUST INTEGRATIVE APPROACHES.
