TO ADVANCE OUR MISSION (STATEMENT NOTED ABOVE) AND OUR VISION "TO SEE THE WORLD TRANSFORMED BY JESUS CHRIST THROUGH THE INFLUENCE OF COACHES AND ATHLETES", FCA FOCUSES ON CULTIVATING CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES BY ENGAGING, EQUIPPING AND EMPOWERING COACHES AND ATHLETES TO KNOW AND GROW IN CHRIST AND LEAD OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. FCA'S REACH SPANS ACROSS THE PROFESSIONAL, COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL, JUNIOR HIGH AND YOUTH LEVELS. FCA DEVELOPS PROGRAMS, EVENTS AND RESOURCES THAT MINISTER "TO AND THROUGH" ALL CONSTITUENTS, BOTH ON AND OFF COMPUS, ACROSS THE GLOBE. FCA HAS GROWN TO OVER 2,500 STAFF, WHO IN ADDITION TO THEIR MINISTRY EFFORTS, SOLICIT DONATIONS FOR THE EXPANSION OF THEIR PROGRAM AREAS AS WELL AS RESOURCES.
