TO ACTIVELY, AND RESPONSIBLY, PROMOTE AND REPRESENT OUR MEMBERS' INTEREST IN THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY THROUGH ADVOCACY, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND SPECIALIZED SERVICES.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ANNUAL TRADE SHOW EXHIBITION. THE 2022 TRADE SHOW FEATURED APPROXIMATELY 100 BOOTHS AND 500 ATTENDEES. IT IS A PREMIER ANNUAL EXHIBITION THAT WILL HELP BUILD LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE MOST POWERFUL DECISION-MAKERS IN KANSAS CITY'S COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. THE TRADE SHOW ALSO PROVIDES A SUBSTANTIAL NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS AND VENDORS TO RENEW CONTACTS AND ESTABLISH NEW ONES. IT ALSO ALLOWS PROPERTY MANAGERS TO SCOPE OUT NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.


EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OFFERING A WIDE RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF KNOWLEDGE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND CAPABILITY. DURING THE PERIOD FROM 1/1/22 THROUGH 12/31/22, 10 CLASSES WERE HELD AND APPROXIMATELY 200 TOTAL STUDENTS ATTENDED.


MONTHLY LUNCHEONS ARE HELD WITH THE GOAL OF PROVIDING A SUBSTANTIAL NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY AND UPDATING MEMBERS ON CURRENT EVENTS, ISSUES, AND TOPICS. THE LUNCHEON COMMITTEE SEEKS OUT SPEAKERS THAT CAN BRING CURRENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. THE COMMITTEE MAY ALSO COORDINATE WITH THE ADVOCACY/LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE WHEN INVITING SPEAKERS FOR UPDATES ON LEGISLATIVE ISSUES AND UPCOMING DEVELOPMENTS AS THEY RELATE TO A SPECIFIC AREA OR THE CURRENT STATE OF THE ECONOMY RELATED TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. DURING THE PERIOD FROM 1/1/22 THROUGH 12/31/22, 6 LUNCHEONS WERE HELD WITH AN AVERAGE OF 150 ATTENDEES PER LUNCHEON.
