THE MISSION OF FAST IS TO HAVE A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AQUATICS PROGRAM THAT EMPHASIZES GOOD SPORTMANSHIP, TEAM UNITY, FAMILY PARTICIPATION, AND INDIVIDUAL EXCELLENCE OF SWIMMERS. THE FAST EXPERIENCE WILL PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL, AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SWIMMERS.
