ANGELS' ARMS PROVIDES HOMES AND MANY RESOURCES FOR LOCAL FOSTER FAMILIES WITH AN EMPHASIS OF KEEPING SIBLING GROUPS TOGETHER. EXPERIENCED FOSTER PARENTS LIVE IN THE HOMES AND PROVIDE THE CARE, NURTURING, AND ATTENTION FOSTER CHILDREN NEED, WHILE NOT HAVING TO FOCUS ON THE MORTGAGE OR MAINTENANCE OF THE HOMES.

ANGELS' ARMS OPERATES AND MAINTAINS HOMES SO THAT EXPERIENCED FOSTER PARENTS CAN MEET THE NEEDS OF A GREATER NUMBER OF CHILDREN, INCLUDING SIBLING GROUPS, WHO ARE PART OF THE STATE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM. WITH SUPPORT FROM THE COMMUNITY, ANGELS' ARMS ALSO PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO THE FAMILIES LIVING IN THE HOMES TO MEET THE VARIED AND UNIQUE NEEDS OF EACH CHILD. THE ANGELS' ARMS EXTENDED FAMILY INITIATIVE PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR FOSTER FAMILIES BEYOND THE THIRTEEN HOME LOCATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS ACQUIRED A 4,000 SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE TO SERVE AS A DONATION INTAKE AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER TO HELP ADDITIONAL FOSTER FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY WITH FOOD, HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS, FURNITURE, AND MORE. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION IS ASSISTING TEN FOSTER FAMILIES LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE HOMES WITH EXTENDED FOSTER FAMILIES BY PROVIDING THEM WITH VARIOUS ITEMS AND RESOURCES. ANGELS ARMS HAS A LARGE, FAR-REACHING, DEDICATED AND EXTREMELY GENEROUS DONOR BASE, AND CAN HELP MANY MORE FOSTER FAMILIES BY SHARING THESE ABUNDANT RESOURCES. ANGELS ARMS WILL CONTINUE TO EXPAND OUTREACH TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC IDENTIFIED RESOURCES TO AREA FOSTER FAMILIES REFERRED THROUGH THE CHILDRENS DIVISION.
ANGELS' ARMS EQUIPS FOSTER YOUTH LIVING IN ANGELS' ARMS HOMES WITH SKILLS FOR SUCCESS BY PROVIDING INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT SUCH AS MENTORING, GOAL SETTING, AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, AS THEY PREPARE TO TRANSITION OUT OF THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM AND INTO ADULTHOOD.
