TRAINING AND INVESTING IN MULTIPLYING MISSIONAL LEADERS, PLI INVESTS IN LEADERS TO HAVE WIDER INFLUENCE FOR THE SAKE OF THE GOSPEL IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP IN THEIR MINISTRIES. PLI TRAINING HAPPENS AT THE INTERSECTION OF LEADERSHIP, DISCIPLESHIP, AND MISSION. LEADERS ARE TRANSFORMED AND EQUIPPED TO LEAD CHANGE AND TO GROW AND MULTIPLY MORE MISSIONAL LEADERS.DESPITE THE CONTINUED PRESSURE FROM THE PANDEMIC, IN 2021 A TOTAL OF 1,657 PASTORS, THEIR SPOUSES, AND OTHER LEADERS WERE ENGAGED IN PLI TRAINING IN THE UNITED STATES AND AROUND THE GLOBE. PLI DELIVERED 6,814 TOTAL HOURS OF TRAINING TO 331 U.S. PASTORS, THEIR SPOUSES, AND NONPASTORAL CHURCH LEADERS, 64 NEW SEMINARY GRADUATES AND SPOUSES, 136 YOUNG NON-CHURCH LEADERS, AND 1,126 PASTORS AND THEIR SPOUSES FROM AROUND THE GLOBE.
