SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, TREE WORK, IRRIGATION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, SNOW REMOVAL, STREET LIGHTING, UTILITIES (ELECTRICAL AND WATER), CASUALTY INSURANCE, AND STREET REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.
